In 2001, Mr. Neelan observed that livestock were experiencing severe udder swelling and facing difficulties in conceiving when provided with various types of feed. He also noticed that the animals were suffering from diarrhoea and other health-related problems. With the aim of addressing these challenges and improving livestock health, Mr. Neelan established “Neelan Cattle Feeds” in 2022. He started the cattle feed manufacturing unit in the rural village of T. Mangapatty Puthur, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy. At present, the company has a production capacity of approximately 15 metric tonnes per month.
